Texas High-Speed Rail between Dallas and Houston
The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Dallas to Houston High-Speed Rail Project. The draft was signed on December 15, 2017, and considered a number of alternative routes and station locations.
This study is open for public comment from now until March 9, 2018. If you would like to provide comments on the Environmental Impact Statement process, send an email to DallasHoustonHSR@urs.com or visit the Federal Railroad Administration comments section.
