Pedestrian killed on I-14 in Killeen
This is the 6th fatal accident involving a pedestrian crossing Interstate 14 in the past year. We can’t stress this enough: Interstates are not designed to allow pedestrians to cross safely. Do NOT take shortcuts across the highway.
