PIPE WORK — SL 121 — BELL COUNTY

WACO — On Monday, December 11, crews will close Powell Avenue in Belton from SL 121 to Arbor Park Drive for pipe placement.
The work and closure are scheduled from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. the same day, weather permitting. During that time, motorists in the area will need to seek alternate routes.
This work is part of TxDOT’s ongoing project to widen SL 121 from W Avenue O to Sparta Road to a four-lane divided highway, add shared-use paths and sidewalks, and add a two-way left turn lane from Sparta Road to FM 439.
TxDOT encourages motorists to buckle up, mind their speed, and eliminate all distractions driving through work zones
