Heights plans to expand sidewalks
City Manager David Mitchell said grant funding offered through the Federal Highway Administration’s Transportation Alternatives Program and approved by the Killeen-Temple Metropolitan Organization could expand the project.
“We felt like this would be a great opportunity to potentially expand the scope of that work,” Mitchell said.
