BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS – SH 95 – BELL COUNTY

WACO – This Monday, July 10, TxDOT and its contractor will start a project that will replace four bridges and approaches on SH 95 in Bell County in between Little River Academy and past Holland. The project will replace the bridges and approaches at Willow Creek, Runnels Creek, Cathey Creek, and Darrs Creek. This will also be the sequence of work as crews work on each bridge one at a time.
The replacement bridges will be widened to match the roadway in these locations. This will improve driver experience and enhance safety along SH 95. During construction, the traveling public should plan for delays, as traffic control measures will be in place, including one-lane two-way operations.
The $12 million dollar project is scheduled to complete in 2025, weather permitting.
