Request for Qualifications – Questions and Answers
1. Does KTMPO want to see staff resumes of proposed personnel in Exhibit B? If yes, do resumes count toward the 10-page limit?
Answer: The proposer is limited to 10 pages in Exhibit B, including resumes. Resumes may be included or a summary of personnel experience is acceptable.
2. The RFQ asks for a schedule fees. Since it is difficult to develop a fee scheduled without a defined scope, can we submit the schedule of rates of the proposed personnel who will work on this project? Another option is to prepare a fee schedule for one of the tasks that was listed under Exhibit B with some broad assumptions. This might not reflect the actual fee when the detailed scope is developed for each task order.
Answer: Please submit a schedule of rates for the proposed personnel.
