Public Comment Period begins on September 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM and ends on September 29, 2025 at 5:00 PM.

There are two in-person meet-and-greet/open house style events, one formal meeting followed by an open house and a virtual meeting. Staff will be available throughout the event to answer questions and discuss the project.
