KTMPO in the news

Yesterday, members of KTMPO staff held two public hearings to solicit input on two proposed projects. These projects, having been scored and ranked by our Technical Advisory Committee, then approved by the Transportation Planning Policy Board, were opened for public comment on March 19th. We were afforded the opportunity to have one of the hearings at the Copperas Cove ‘Meet The City’ event, where we met a large number of citizens. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing what local residents thought about the new projects, answering their questions, and listening to what they thought about the future of our transportation network, both in Copperas Cove and across our planning region.

As noted in the article, if you would like to submit your comments on these two projects, or on transportation planning in general, you can use our online comment form.

The public comment period closes on April 3rd, and the final approval will come at the next Policy Board meeting.
