DMS REPLACEMENT — I-14 — BELL COUNTY

WACO – This Monday, August 18, TxDOT will remove the Dynamic Message Sign (DMS) over I-14 eastbound just past Rosewood Drive in Harker Heights and install a new sign. To conduct this operation safely, crews will close all eastbound I-14 mainlanes from just past Stan Schlueter Loop to Modoc Drive. A speed limit reduction will be in place through the work zone. Traffic will be directed to exit at Rosewood Drive (Exit 287) and can re-enter the Interstate at the eastbound on-ramp before FM 2410. This operation will be in place from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following morning and repeat next Tuesday night during the same time frame. Motorists are encouraged to mind their speed in work zones and watch for crews working in the area.
